1. Make your Google+ profile easy to remember with Gplus.to.
A handy tool, Gplus.to lets you shorten your Google+ profile to something manageable and identifiable for, say, business cards. (Old school, I know, but hey – some of us still use them.) I made mine gplus.to/SandraBrownrigg.
2. Get a Google+ badge and make it easy for people to follow you on Google+.
I also have a Google+ badge, as you can see on this site, (although I cannot resize it as I’d wish.) But its purpose is to invite you to follow me on Google+. Gplus.to enables you to create a visually easy to remember Google+ link. They solve two different issues – both important.
3. Easily publish articles of interest with the (unofficial) Google+ bookmarklet.
Last, here’s a bookmarklet for Google+. I’ve included a link to the definition of a bookmarklet, including a sample of the Javascript involved in one, so you can get as technical as you wish. Simply put, this is a widget that lets you drag and drop a link into Google+ and publish it. So, when you run across something in which you’re interested, you can bookmark it, and share it, so it is handy later, in Google+.
